Our privacy and cookie statement in short

Your privacy is of great importance to us. We therefore comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: GDPR). This means that we:

  • Record our purposes before we process your personal data, as set out in this privacy and cookie statement.

  • Store as little personal data as possible and only the data necessary for our purposes.

  • Ask for explicit consent for the processing of your personal data, should consent be required.

  • Take the necessary security measures to protect your personal data. We also impose these obligations on parties who process personal data on our behalf.

  • Respect your rights, such as the right of access, rectification or erasure of your personal data processed by us.

For what purposes do we use your personal data?

We obtain various personal data from you. We explain for each purpose what data we collect, why we process it and how long we retain it. If you have any questions or would like to know exactly what information we store about you, please contact us. Our contact details are mentioned at the bottom of this privacy statement.

Contact and complaint handling

When you send us an e-mail, fill in the contact form on the website, contact us by telephone, or contact us in any other way, you agree to our terms and conditions of contact (execution of the agreement).

For this purpose, we process the following personal data:

  • Name

We store these contact moments with the personal data you provide for the purpose of carrying out the contract and handling your complaint if necessary. We keep this information for as long as necessary for this contact or up to 2 years after we last had contact with you, because we want to make sure we have handled your question or complaint properly.

Account creation

To access certain features of our websites and application, you can create an account using your e-mail address and password. With your account, you can log in, view your tickets, save your favourite artists and manage your preferences (execution of the agreement).

  • Last name

  • E-mail address

  • Country

We store this information so that you do not have to re-enter it every time you visit our websites or application and so that we can contact you more easily if necessary, until you delete your account or for a maximum of 2 years after you have been inactive, as we then assume you no longer wish to use your account. Where a statutory retention period applies to your data, we will delete your data after this statutory retention period has expired (e.g. the 7-year tax retention obligation).

You can update your information at any time through your account settings.

Application

We offer a mobile application via the App Store and Google Play. Through the app, you can use our services (performance of the agreement).

For this purpose, we process the following personal data:

  • Login data

  • Apple ID

  • Google Play account

  • E-mail address

  • Location details

We will store your data for as long as you have the application or for up to 2 years after you last used your account as we will then assume you no longer wish to use our services.

Notifications

When using our application, you can choose to have us send you notifications. For example, you can receive a notification when a new message is ready for you within the application. This notification will then appear on your device. We will only send you notifications and use this data with your consent.

For this purpose, we process the following personal data:

  • Unique user ID

We store this information until you withdraw your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting your preferences in the application settings.

  • Address

  • Contact details (e-mail address and telephone number)

  • Payment details

  • IP address

  • Other information relevant to the agreement

We store this data for 2 years after you last logged into your account, or 2 years after the last order was placed. We keep some data longer if we are legally obligated to do so (e.g., because of the 7-year tax retention obligation).

Tickets for our events

Tickets for our events are sold through our ticketing partner. To admit you to an event, to handle name changes and resale, and to keep our own records of the sale, we receive the order data from that partner (execution of the agreement).

For this purpose, we process the following personal data:

  • First name and surname

  • Whether you were admitted through a guest list

  • The IP address used to place the order

We store this data for 2 years after the last order was placed, unless a statutory retention period requires us to keep it longer. Where we use this data for statistics about our events, we first remove the personal data, and we report only on groups, never on individuals.
