Jasmín

Dutch-Argentinian DJ and producer Jasmín plays by feel and by colour. Amsterdam-based and a Dekmantel regular, she's equally at home playing dubwise bass, South American rhythm and Berghain-ready techno, and always puts percussion ahead of melody. Years behind the scenes at various key clubs in her hometown inform her sets, while her debut EP last year was Hessle Audio's landmark 50th release. Now she's branching out into new clubs and labels but remains as genre-defying as ever, always with an underlying heat and texture that moves the floor.
